How to Clear 'Communication Failure' Trouble Message in Visonic Powermaster Alarm Systems.

For Broadband Connected Systems -

A factory default reset of the Powerlink module will usually clear the 'Communication Failure' trouble message in broadband connected systems.

To reset the Powerlink module go to:

1. INSTALLER MODE

2. Scroll >> to COMMUNICATION and press OK

3. Scroll >> to BROADBAND and press OK

4. Scroll >> to RESET MODULE - press OK and scroll >> to 'Factory Defin' - press OK to reset the module

5. EXIT INSTALLER MODE

If the 'Communication Failure' trouble message remains after the reset, users should check that the system is properly connected to the internet router and all communication settings have been correctly inputted.
